Wilmington's Riverfront to expand east with new $100 million, 86-acre mixed-use project

Twenty-five years after then-Riverfront Development Corporation head Michael Purzycki led the transformation of the city's 100-acre Riverfront from a barren brownfield to a waterfront destination, the now-Wilmington mayor is helping lead the charge to do the same for the other side of the Christina River.
